Fees.
Mr Karagama charges according to the mainstream UK medical insurance companies guideline. Rarely insured patients might be expected to pay shortfall depending on the type of insurance policy you have. Please check with your insurer if necessary.
Billing.
A billing will be sent to the insurer after the consultation for insured patients unless advice otherwise. For self-paying patients, request for payment will be sent prior to consultation. An invoice and payment instruction will be sent by post after the consultation in some circumstances. We accept Cheque, BACS/Bank or cash payment.
Oversea patients; Oversea patients will be expected to pay prior to consultation.
Consultation Fees.
Self pay Patients- Are expected to pay prior to consultation
Initial consultation excluding endoscopy ear suction or any procedure in the clinic: £250
Follow up consultation excluding endoscopy ear suction or any procedure in the clinic £150
Insured Patients
Initial consultation: £300 or depending on agreement with insurance
Follow up: £200 or depending on agreement with insurance
Outpatient procedure: £91-£400
Hospital Facility Fee
* Please note that the Hospital might charge separately for facility fee for certain outpatient procedures.
